<p> <table style="border: 0px none; font-family: ����; font-size: 12px; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); "> <tbody style="border: 0px none; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; "> <tr style="border: 0px none; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; "> <td style="border: 0px none; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; font-style: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; ">&#160; &#160; &#160;&#160;<img src="http://www.tjxww.cn/uploaded/2014/06/06/50a813283e43683c85cbde57f79cc225.jpg" style="border: 0px none; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; " alt="" /></td> </tr> <tr style="border: 0px none; font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; "> <td style="border: 0px none; font-family: inherit; font-size: 12px; font-style: inherit; margin: 0px; padding: 0px; ">&#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160; &#160;鱼鳔胶（资料图）</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </p> <p>　　鳔的读音是biào，本义是指鱼类体内可以涨缩的气囊，鱼借以沉浮，俗称“鱼泡”。在福州话中，鳔的读音是bieu，上了年纪的老福州提到这个字，想到的是鱼鳔胶，还有60多年前上下杭沿路的一些小店，店里经常飘出一股淡淡的咸腥味，柜台后面就挂着长长的鱼鳔胶，它黏性好，是过去木匠师傅们粘木器最喜欢用的东西。</p> <p>　　73岁的梁桂元是省收藏家协会前副会长，也是土生土长的老福州。他说，上个世纪40年代，梁家在下杭路开了一家鱼翅行，经营着各种鱼翅，还有各种鱼干、海鲜干货，还出售自己家制作的鱼鳔胶。</p> <p>　　梁桂元说，鱼鳔胶的原料</p> <p>　　是黄瓜鱼的鱼鳔。梁家之所以能在这里做鱼鳔胶并出售，关键是接近原料集散地。60多年前，下杭路附近的中亭街上有大量黄瓜鱼出售。中亭街一带距离闽江比较近，水上通行方便，每天来这里买鱼卖鱼的大小船只往来不断。</p> <p>　　梁桂元回忆说，梁家的鱼翅行每次都要购买上千斤黄瓜鱼，集中在加工作坊里。他记得，房间里鱼腥味很大，还摆了很多高高的长板凳，把鱼鳔从鱼肚子里掏出来，用水洗去黏液、血污后，在板凳上拉长，最长的可以拉到一米多，然后挂在屋檐下晒干。木匠使用时，把它剪碎熬煮，用来粘木器。过去没有化学胶水，木匠就用这种鱼鳔胶。</p> <p>　　值得一提的是，鱼鳔胶还有药用价值。据《本草纲目》称，鱼鳔胶有补精益血、强肾固本之功效，富含黏性蛋白、多种维生素和矿物质。在养生食疗中，它与桂圆、红枣、核桃仁一起煎煮，可以制成冬令进补品服用。</p> <p>　　在旧时福州，鱼鳔胶是福州的一种特产，还能远销外地，近年来，制作和出售鱼鳔胶的地方已经越来越少。</p>
